A little guidance, a better experience.

Create a patient account, choose an approved doctor, and select an available time. Or open the booking assistant above the bottom-right chat button. You confirm before a booking is created.

Your visit gets a 10% coupon. Give it to the operator for your final payment after completed treatment. Once payment is settled with the coupon, you can rate that treatment once.

Choose an annual plan on your Subscription page and pay with PayU for automatic activation after confirmation, or submit an offline payment reference for administrator verification. Appointment booking stops if your plan expires or its quota runs out.

Camera verification requires a configured face service and an enrolled template. It includes a movement check. Manual login and attendance are available if camera access fails.

Computers offer a save-login choice. Phones and tablets remember you automatically for up to 90 days. An encrypted revocable device token is saved; your password is never stored in that cookie. Sign out or revoke devices in Login & devices.

Use the password reset page. A one-time link is sent to your registered email. Your existing password cannot be retrieved because it is stored as a hash.
